The life of a popular president seeks a radical faction, whose roots go back to high government circles, and the Parliament building shakes ever stronger political earthquake. Between anarchy and freedom worth only two people: the first of them, Augustus Gibbons, just survived an attack on the headquarters classified National Security Agency and is on the run. The second graduate training for special forces Darius Stone, sits under close supervision in a military prison. Gibbons once again finds himself in a situation which urgently needs help the underdog - and this time is his man Stone.
